  Kyle Bradshaw is the Owner and Principal Agent of the Agency, bringing more than 20 years of experience in the insurance industry and a lifelong commitment to helping protect individuals, families, and businesses. Originally from Ocala, Florida, Kyle represents a third generation of Florida insurance professionals, part of a family legacy that includes more than eight insurance agents. For Kyle, insurance is not just a career—it is a passion and a family tradition rooted in service and legacy. Kyle began his insurance career while still in high school and went on to earn his undergraduate degree from Florida Gulf Coast University, followed by an MBA from Florida International University. During college, he was deeply involved in leadership and service, volunteering as President of the Criminal Justice Club, participating in student government, and serving with Project Help Crisis Help Line. After college, Kyle proudly served as a police officer with the City of Naples Police Department, where he found fulfillment in helping others and making a meaningful impact in the community—values that continue to guide his work in insurance today. Kyle became an agency owner in 2014 and has owned his Allstate agency since October 2016. His professional philosophy centers on knowledge, transparency, and accountability. He is dedicated to helping customers clearly understand their insurance needs, seeing that the premiums they choose translate into the protection they expect when it matters most. Since October 2016, he has called Wellington, Florida home, where he lives with his wife, Melissa, and their two children, Grayson and Lilly. Outside of work, Kyle enjoys spending time with his family, watching his son play ice hockey and his daughter figure skate, exploring new foods, and traveling together. He is a private pilot with a deep love for aviation and has developed a strong passion for ice hockey and the Florida Panthers since his son began playing in 2021. Kyle is also committed to giving back, regularly volunteering his time and supporting the community he is proud to serve. Jamie transitioned into the insurance industry 10 years ago after working as a Vet Tech and Hyperbaric Chamber Tech in an Equine Hospital, where she developed strong skills in meticulous care and problem-solving. With over a decade of experience and a commitment to outstanding customer care, Jamie is a distinguished professional in the insurance field. Now living in South Florida, Jamie enjoys the beautiful beaches and warm weather, a pleasant change from her previous residences in Germany, Washington, NY, and Colorado. Outside of work, she leads an active lifestyle with interests in going to the gym, traveling, and spending time with family. She holds a bachelor's degree in Child Development from Florida Gulf Coast University and has a background in teaching young children with special needs. After becoming a mother, Melissa joined her husband Kyle in the insurance industry. She previously owned and operated her own agency for five years before merging it with Kyle's agency, creating a unified, customer-focused practice. Melissa's passion for helping people and informing them about insurance coverage drives her work and community involvement. Melissa loves spending time with her family, including her children and dogs, and enjoys watching hockey—Go Panthers! She is actively engaged in local volunteer work with organizations such as Barky Pines Animal Rescue & Sanctuary, Just World International, and the Children's Home Society of Palm Beach. After a brief stent living the Bahamas in 1990, she then joined the workforce in 1991 and served local customers for several years with that carrier. Janine has worked with customers for their Florida insurance needs all over the states, and enjoys meeting and working with new customers from all across the US and world. Currently residing in South Florida, Janine enjoys the serenity of her acreage property, free from HOA restrictions, which complements her love for cultivating orchids.
